15 guides, written for real office workers

Evidence-based, actionable long-form reads on AI job risk, skills that hold up, realistic transitions, and staying calm through workplace change.

How these guides are written

Each guide starts with a task rather than a headline. We break a job into what people actually do, then ask which parts software can take over and which parts depend on judgement, relationships, or physical presence. Recommendations are built around things you can verify in your own workplace, and we avoid confident predictions about whole occupations. Where the evidence is uncertain, the guide says so instead of filling the gap with a slogan.

If you are new, read in this order: assess your own risk first, then look at the skills that hold up alongside automation, then choose a transition guide that matches your situation. The wellbeing pieces can be read at any point and do not depend on the others. Each article links to a tool so you can apply the ideas to your numbers rather than only reading about them.
