What the six questions do
Six reflection prompts ask what work you look forward to, what people praise you for, what you learn fastest, which tasks feel almost effortless, what you volunteer for, and what colleagues ask you to help with. Each option maps to one of six archetypes: Relationship Builder, Organizer and Coordinator, Analytical Thinker, Communicator, Executor and Deliverer, or Creative Generator. Selecting several options per question produces a primary and a secondary strength.
Using your archetypes
The secondary strength often explains how you are useful in a team, while the primary one explains what you should look for in a role. The AI-resistance rating attached to each archetype is a rough guide, not immunity; relationship work is harder to automate than routine coordination, but neither is permanently safe. Take the suggested roles as search terms rather than job orders. Compare the result with the AI-Resilient Skill Score to see whether your strengths are backed by practiced skills or only by preference.
What self-reflection misses
This is not an aptitude test. It records what you believe about yourself on one day, and people who are modest or unfamiliar with a strength often skip it. It cannot see how you perform under pressure, what a manager would say, or which strengths your current employer actually rewards. The archetypes are also deliberately broad, so two Organizers can be very different. Use the output to notice a pattern and to ask two or three trusted colleagues whether it matches their view of you.
